* By submitting a commission from artist "Sv", this means you agree to my terms of service.*
I. General Terms- Please provide photo references if you can, not a wall of text. This will make everything much easier.- Do's: OC, Character Sheets, Fanart, NSFW, Furry, & Gore- Dont's: Everything under the NSFW Rules , political messages, hate speech, mechas- I only accept payments through Paypal.- If you want an NSFW piece, you must be over the age of 18.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~II. Process- To start the commission process, simply DM me on either of my socials, Discord, or Email- WIP drawings will be shown in 3 different stages: The pre-sketch stage, sketch stage, and the lineart stage. If the Client needs something changed in the commission, it is best to change before the lineart stage, free of charge.- Commissions will take up to 2 - 7 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the commission and your position in my client list.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~III. Media SharingAs the client, you too are free to use your commission to however you like. It's your commission anyways! All I ask is, if you share your commission on social media, do give credit to me.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~IV. Cancellations/RefundsAs the artist, I have the right to cancel your commission at any time for any reason and refund your money.As the client, you also have the right to cancel the commission and request a refund.However, if you request a refund in the middle of a commission, everything I have made for you [for that commission] will be retracted from you, sold to another buyer if they're interested, or be kept for my own personal projects.You may be accepted back for another commission if you choose to do so, but the likely of that will be determined with how the previous commission went, Naturally.IVa. Cancellations/Refunds of Bulky CommissionsBulky Commissions are nonrefundable. Once commissioned, you cannot refund.As the Artist I have the right to cancel your bulky commission and refund you in full if the project looks to be unfinished within the general time frame.However, under reasonable situations, I may grant a client requested refund on a Bulky Commission
